Return of Unwanted Goods
For online sales you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods. We will however give you a longer period of 21 days which also applies to sales from our shop. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. The cost of returning the item(s) is at the purchaser's expense, and must include the Returns Information found with your dispatch note. Upon receipt of the unwanted item(s), you will be refunded the full cost of the item(s).
Please note: When returning goods in the UK please obtain a Certificate Of Postage which is provided free on request by the Royal Mail, or send via recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.
NO QUIBBLE. We will either replace the faulty item(s), send replacement parts or refund in full within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us with details of the faulty item(s) on 01234 711770 or email email@example.com
We will be able to advise of the appropriate course of action, and proceed with the necessary steps as quickly as possible.
